Arlene V Kline

Arlene V. (Drey) Kline 88, of Hereford Township, died Thursday, July 24, 2008 in The Lutheran Home at Topton, where he resided for one year. She was the widow of Herbert H. Kline who died March 17, 1972.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Franklin A. and Grace G. (Davis) Drey. She was a member of the Lutheran congregation of Saint Peter’s Union Church, Macungie. She was a folder at the former Collegeville Costumes, Zionsville from 1964 to 1984.

She is survived by Daughters, Janet E. (Kline) wife of William Kurtz, Punta Gorda, Fla., Verna A. (Kline) widow of Ernest W. Moser, Punta Gorda, Fla., Elaine G. (Kline) wife of William A. Kennedy, Macungie, Bonnie L. (Kline) Le, Kutztown; Sons, Donald H. husband of Judith A. (Shetter) Kline, Alburtis, Harold C. Kline, Macungie, Gary L. husband of Brenda L. (Litsky) Kline, Hereford; Sisters, Mary E. (Drey) widow of Charles D. Bauer, Macungie, Doretha (Drey) widow of Herman Boyer, a resident at The Lutheran Home at Topton, Minnie M. (Drey) widow of Edward Kline, Barto, Beatrice I, (Drey) widow of John Rothermel, Macungie. In addition there are 21 Grandchildren; 49 Great Grandchildren; 19 Great-Great Grandchildren. She was predeceased by a Son, Raymond C. Kline who died in 1989.

Funeral Services are Wednesday, July 30, 2008, at 10:30 AM from Saint Peter’s Union Church, 7863 Saint Peter’s Church Road, Macungie. Interment in Saint Peter’s Union Cemetery, Upper Milford Township. Friends may call, Wednesday, from 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the church.

The family requests contributions to the Memorial Fund of St. Paul’s UCC Church, 47 -51 South Whiteoak Street, Kutztown, 19530. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
