Arden C Getz

Adren C. Getz, 81, of West School Street, Alburtis, died Tuesday, December 21, 2004, in the family residence. He was the husband of Pauline E. (Wetzel) Getz. They were married 54 years last February 18th.

Born in Limeport, PA, he was the son of the late Justin and the late Lilly (Sell) Getz. He was a drill press operator at the former General Machine Company, Alburtis, for 36 years retiring in 1986. He was a US Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd, Alburtis.

He is survived by Wife, Daughter, Barbara A. (Getz) Caffrey, Blandon; Brother, Franklin Getz, New York; Sisters, Ruby (Getz) Klingaman, Vera Cruz, Laura (Getz) Bokan, Ft. Myers, FL; 2 Granddaughters.

Private Graveside Services are at the convenience of the family. Interment in Lehigh Zion Cemetery, Alburtis.

Contributions may be made to the Church of the Good Shepherd Memorial Fund, Penn Avenue and Quarry Road, Box G, Alburtis, PA 18011. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
