Annie M. Nolf, 93, of Topton, died Tuesday, May 15, 2012 in The Lutheran Home at Topton, where she had been a resident since 2010. She was the widow of George W.J. Nolf, who died December 28, 1982.
Born in Topton, she was a daughter of the late Harry B., Sr., and Effie M. (Heiser) Unger. Mrs. Nolf was a member of St. Pauls Lutheran Church, Mertztown, where she served as a past president of the church council and Sunday school teacher. She was employed as a clerk by the former Smiths Pharmacy, Topton from 1970 to 1976. Mrs. Nolf was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, East Penn Chapter #336, Kutztown. She also volunteered at The Lutheran Home at Topton for many years.
She is survived by Sisters, Irene L. (Unger) Tittensor and Mae M. (Unger) Lindley, both of Ogden, Utah; Brothers, Paul J. Unger, Kutztown and Donald J. husband of Linda L. (Abshier) Unger, Pottstown. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Funeral Services are Saturday, May 19, 2012 at 10:00 AM in St. Pauls Lutheran Church, 50 Luther Drive, Mertztown. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Whitehall Township. Friends may call Saturday, from 9:00 to 10:00 AM in the church.
