Annie Fritch

Annie Belissa Fritch, 96, of Spring Creek Road, Lehigh Commons, Lower Macungie Township, died Wednesday, March 21, 2007.

Born in Maxatawny Township she was the daughter of the late Annie Louisa (Bailey) Fritch. She was a public school teacher in one room schools in Breinigsville, Lehigh County; and last worked for the Parkland School District teaching grades 1 through 4 retiring in 1975. She was a dedicated teacher for 48 years and was very fond of her students. She was a graduate of the former Keystone Normal School, now Kutztown University. She was a member of the Lutheran congregation of Zion’s Union Church, Maxatawny.

She is survived by Theresa Engelmann, Macungie.

Services are at the convenience of the family. Interment in Zion Maxatawny Union Cemetery, Maxatawny. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
