Annabelle T Goll

Annabelle T. Goll, 93, of Topton, died Tuesday, May 26, 2009 in the Lutheran Home at Topton. She was the wife of the late George L. S. Goll who died in 1986.

Born in Topton, she was a daughter of the late Robert G. and Mabel I. (Matz) Trexler. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Topton. Mrs. Goll was a 1933 graduate of Allentown High School. Next to the Lord and her family she also loved her alma mater, Hood College in Frederick, MD where she remained a loyal alumnus for 72 years. She began her career as a home economist for Met Ed, Reading. Mrs. Goll taught in the Oley Valley School District for one year and third grade in the Brandywine Heights Area School District for 20 years. She loved her students and they loved her. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff of the Lutheran Home at Topton with a special thanks to those on B Wing. Your patience and caring were very much appreciated. You are a blessing to many.

She is survived by Daughters, Georgiana T. (Goll) wife of Kermit E. Kemp, Levittown, Ginger L. (Goll) wife of Robert R. Hoppes, Bowers, Jean B. (Goll) wife of William F. Moyer, Topton; Brother, Lee P. Trexler, Kutztown; Grandchildren, Anne E. (Hoppes) Gordon, Susan L. (Kemp) Leibman, William F. Bond, M.D. and Linda B. (Bond) Fiejdasz; Step Grandchildren, Jennifer Giles, William Moyer and Jeffrey Moyer. Great Grandchildren are Daniel and Joshua Gordon, Matthew, Jared and Michael Leibman, Madison, Zoe and Jonathan Kemp, Hannah and Kira Bond and William and Allen Fiejdasz and Step Great Grandchildren, Mitchell, Aidan and Hunter Moyer. She was predeceased by Grandchildren, Gayle L. Hoppes in 1993 and Andrew J. Kemp in 2006.

Funeral Services are Saturday, May 30, 2009 at 2:00 PM in Trinity Lutheran Church, Home Avenue and Smith Street, Topton. Interment in Topton Union Cemetery, Topton. Friends may call Saturday from 12:30 to 2:00 PM in the church.
