Anna W Warmkessel

Born in Greenwich Township, she was a daughter of the late Solomon W. and Bertha M. (Herbein) Adams. Mrs. Warmkessel was a member of Saint John's Lutheran Church, Kutztown.  She was employed as a seamstress for 14 years at the former Alburtis Hosiery Mill, Alburtis and 28 years at the former KATOS Sportswear, Kutztown, until her retirement in 1980 .

She is survived by Daughter, Dr. Brenda A. (Warmkessel), wife of Hermann Winkler, Kutztown.  There are 6 Grandchildren, Terry Warmkessel, Kathryn (Warmkessel) Kistler, Sandra (Warmkessel) Koch, Scott Warmkessel, Juli Winkler and Josef "Seppi" Winkler; 11 Great Grandchildren; and 5 Great-Great Grandchildren. There is also a Daughter-in-law, Helen M. (Ziegler) widow of predeceased Son, Wayne L. Warmkessel who died in 1974. She was also predeceased by Sisters, Mabel (Adams) Grimes, Ruth (Adams) Dorwood, Betty (Adams) Eshbach, Jane (Adams) Greenawalt; Brothers, Charles, Donald, Paul, Harold and John Adams.

Funeral Services are Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 10:30 AM from Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown , 19530. Interment will follow in Hope Cemetery, Kutztown. Relatives and friends may call Saturday, 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the funeral home .
