Anna S Moyer

Anna S. (Schappell) Moyer, 77, of Kutztown, died February 2, 2000, in The Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading, shortly after admission. She was the wife of Harold W. Moyer. They were married 51 years this past June.

Born in Kutztown, she was a daughter of the late Wirt and Eva (Stopp) Schappell. Mrs. Moyer was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Kutztown. Anna worked in the laundry of East Penn Manufacturing Company, Lyon Station, over 15 years. She also worked in food service for M. W. Wood Catering at Kutztown University, for 25 years.

She is survived by Husband; Daughter, Rosalie A. (Moyer) wife of Mark P. Freudenberger, Bethlehem; Son, Kirk H. Moyer, Yardley, Bucks County. Other survivors include 5 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandsons. Anna was predeceased by a Daughter, Jol-Ann (Moyer) Rauenzahn in 1998.

Funeral Services are Tuesday, February 8, 2000, at 7:00 PM in Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown, 19530. Burial will be held on Wednesday, February 9, 2000, at 11:00 AM in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Fleetwood. Friends may call Tuesday, from 5:30 to 7:00 PM in the funeral home.
