Anna Mae (Angstadt) Reinhard, 90, formerly of Slatington, Germansville, and Kutztown, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 20, 2025, in Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest, Salisbury Township. She was the widow of James A. Reinhard, who died October 29, 1984.
Born in Longswamp Township, Anna was a daughter of the late Clarence L. and Clara M. (Warmkessel) Angstadt. She was a member of Heidelberg Union Church, Slatington, where she served as a former member of their church council. Anna was employed as a sewing machine operator at the former Kutztown Sportswear, Kutztown; and Seipstown Manufacturing, New Tripoli. She enjoyed going to yard sales and local auctions. She also enjoyed making plastic canvas creations. Above all, Anna's greatest pride was her family, who brought so much joy into her life.
Anna is survived by her two daughters, Catherine A. (Reinhard), widow of Jeffrey C. Peter, Kutztown, and LuAnn M. (Reinhard) Gerlitzki, Brundidge, AL; son, Chris A., husband of Debbie A. (Rothermel) Reinhard, Fleetwood; sister, Christine C. (Angstadt), widow of Paul L. Kline, Birdsboro; 13 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, Anna was predeceased by two great-grandchildren; three sisters, Ruth E. (Angstadt) Dierolf, Rachel E. Angstadt, and Eva (Angstadt) Sawyer; and three brothers, Paul E. Angstadt, Willard G. Angstadt, and Kenneth R. Angstadt.
A funeral service to celebrate and honor Anna's life will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in Heidelberg Union Church, 5137 Irvin Road, Slatington, PA, with The Reverend Michelle Funk officiating. Interment will follow in the adjoining Heidelberg Union Church Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing on Tuesday morning from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. in the church.
