Anna M. Kutz

Anna M. (Breininger) Kutz, 102, formerly of Kutztown, died peacefully Friday, September 13, 2024, in Cedar Crest Post Acute, Nursing and Rehabilitation, Salisbury Township.  She was the widow of the late Edwin D. Kutz, who died August 28, 2000.  Born in Kutztown, Anna was the daughter of the late Edwin A. and Annie K. (Miller) Breininger.  She was a member of Saint John's United Church of Christ Church, Kutztown.

Anna was employed by Kutztown University of Pennsylvania for ten years retiring in 1985.

Anna loved her family and made great Pennsylvania Dutch desserts.

Anna is survived by a daughter Ann B. (Kutz) Wolfe, Fogelsville; and sons David M. Kutz husband of Carol P. Parr Kutz, Fleetwood; Richard C., husband of Candice (Hellerich) Kutz, Fleetwood; and Larry A., husband of Helen (Wessner) Kutz, Kutztown.  There are also fifteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. There are many nieces and nephews that also survive.  Anna was predeceased by a son Edwin F. Kutz; grandsons Michael T. Wolfe; Edwin B. Kutz; and Ronald R. Kutz; great granddaughter Erin N. Frelke; brothers, Carl L. Breininger; and Marshall Breininger; and a sister Mabel (Breininger) Charitas.

Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., on Monday, October 7, 2024, in Ludwick Funeral Homes and Cremation Care, Inc., 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown, followed by a graveside service beginning at 12:00 noon in Fairview Cemetery, 15170 Kutztown Road, Kutztown, with The Reverend Scott M. Sanders, officiating.
