Anna L Deisher

Anna L. Deisher, 88, of Bowers, formerly of Kutztown, died Sunday, March 28, 2010 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. She was the widow of the late Clarence J. Deisher who died on February 21, 1977.

Born in Maxatawny Township, she was the daughter of the late Frank K. and Elizabeth (Hept) Hoch. She was a member of Becker’s St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Fleetwood, where she was a member of the church council from 1986 to 1989. She also served as their church and financial secretary for 25 years, and was organist for 37 years retiring in 1977. She also was an executive secretary for the vice president at Lehigh Valley Dairy, Allentown, retiring after many years. She was a 1941 graduate of Allentown Business School.

She is survived by Caregiver and friend, Jonathan A. Grim and his family.

Celebrations of Life Memorial Services are Sunday, April 11, 2010 at 2:00 PM in Trinity Lutheran Church, 357 West Main Street, Kutztown. Jonathan Grim will greet guests following the Memorial Service. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
