Anna C Nigroni

Anna C. Nigroni, 81, of Washington Township, Berks County, formerly of Delaware County, died Sunday, May 10, 2009 in the home of her nephew, Daniel J. D’Alesio, Jr., with whom she resided.

Born in Philadelphia, PA she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Theresa (Napolitano) Nigroni. She was a former member of Sacred Heart Parish, Havertown and Saint Pius X, Broomall. She worked as an assembler at S.K.F. USA, Inc., formerly Nice Ball Bearing, Lansdale, for over 30 years.

She is survived by Sister, Rita T. (Nigroni) widow of Daniel J. D’Alesio, Sr., Washington Township, Berks County and Nephew, Daniel J. Jr., husband of Jean R. D’Alesio, with whom she resided.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, May 16, 2009, at 11:00 AM from Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, 105 Wilson Avenue, Havertown, PA 19083. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon. There is no viewing.

The family requests contributions be made in memory of Anna C. Nigroni to St. Christophers Children’s Hospital, 3601 A Street, Philadelphia, PA 19134, in honor of her great-great niece Kamia Roach. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
