Anastasia Pantelis

Anastasia Pantelis, 65, of N. 15 ^th Street, Reading, PA, died Saturday, August 28, 2004, in St. Joseph’s Medical Center where she was a patient since August 20, 2004.

Born in Thessaloniki, Greece, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Helen (Georgiadou) Karakosta. She was a seamstress at Elite Sportswear Inc., Reading for 15 years retiring in 2003. She was a member of St. Matthew’s Greek Orthodox Church, Reading.

She is survived by Daughters, Anthe (Pantelis) Pantazis, Athens, Greece, Demetra (Pantelis) Rizos, Athens, Greece, Lily (Pantelis) Katechis, Bethlehem, PA; Brothers, George Karakosta, Thessaloniki, Greece, Kyriako Katakosta, Thessaloniki, Greece, John Katakosta, Thessaloniki, Greece; Step-Sister, Kathy Samiotis, Canton, Ohio; 6 Grandchildren.

Funeral Services are Wednesday, September 1, 2004, at 10:30AM at St. Matthew’s Greek Orthodox Church, 5 ^th & Elm St., Reading, PA. Interment at Berks County Memorial Gardens, Blandon. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
