Althea E Seidel

Althea E. Seidel, 92, of Mertztown, died Tuesday, December 14, 2010 in the Lutheran Home at Topton.

Born in Albany Township, Berks County, she was a daughter of the late Victor and Anna (Jones) Hemerly. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Kutztown. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by Sons, Walter J. husband of Ruthann (Graeff) Seidel, Shoemakersville, Harry W. husband of Dorothea B. (Ritter) Seidel and Russell W. husband of Mary (Seyler) Seidel, both of Mertztown, Ernest A. Seidel, Kutztown; Daughters, Marion A. (Seidel) wife of Howard Miller, Maidencreek Township, Beatrice A. (Seidel) wife of Steve Shurr, Bernville; 15 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren. She was predeceased by Brothers, Kermit and Morris Hemerly.

Funeral Services are Monday, December 20, 2010 at 10:00 AM from the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown, 19530. Interment in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reiffton. Friends may call Monday from 9:00 to 10:00 AM. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.>>
