Alice K Pennepacker

Alice K. (Leibensperger) Pennepacker, 79, of Temple , formerly of Kutztown, died Monday, January 26, 2015. She was the widow of Ralph M. "Penny" Pennepacker, who died June 27, 2006 .

Born in New Tripoli, Lehigh County, she was a daughter of the Irwin M. and Carrie M. (Ziegler) Leibensperger. Alice was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, Bowers.  Mrs. Pennepacker, along with her late husband, owned and operated the former Penny's Florist, Kutztown, from 1968 until their retirement in 1997. Alice enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed living on the farm with her daughter, Kathryn, and watching the deer .

She is survived by Daughter, Kathryn A. (Zettlemoyer) wife of Terry E. Shirey, Temple; Son, Eddie P. wife of Bonnie Zettlemoyer, New Tripoli. Other survivors include a Sister, Nancy J. (Leibensperger)  wife of George Schlegel, New Tripoli; Grandchildren, Christopher, Danielle, JoLinda, Angela, and Erin; Great Grandchildren, Michael, Wyatt, Devyn, Trinity,  Cayden, Peyton, Kamryn, Terry, Jacob, Quinn, Riley and Fable. She was predeceased by a Son, Irwin E. Zettlemoyer in 1984, a Sister, LaRue V. (Leibensperger) Pieffer, and a Brother, Marlin Leibensperger .

Funeral Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Private burial in Hope Cemetery, Kutztown. There are no public calling hours .
