Albert T Smith

Albert T. Smith, 86 , a resident of Fellowship Manor, Whitehall, formerly of Bethlehem, died Monday, June 9, 2014 in Fellowship Manor. He was the husband of Agnes D. Smith, a resident of Moravian Village, Bethlehem. They were married June 6, 1954 .

Born in Natalie, Northumberland Co., PA, he was a son of the late Robert and Jean D. (Roberts) Smith.  Mr. Smith was a United States Air Force veteran, serving in World War II. He was a 1952 graduate of Susquehanna University, and holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He was employed as a CPA for 22 years, first working for Price Waterhouse in New Jersey from 1954 to 1960. He then was employed as the Assistant Vice President to the Chairman by the former Bethlehem Steel Corporation, Bethlehem, from 1960 to 1984 .

He is survived by Wife; Daughters Christine (Eves), wife of Daniel Costello, Tampa, FL, Billie Jean (Smith), wife of Douglas Antes, Easton, PA, Suzanne M. Smith, Springfield, PA; 2 Stepsons, Rudy and John Viloria, both of CA; Sister, Dorothy (Smith) Dunkleberger, Danville; Brother, Harold Smith, Phoenix, AZ. Other survivors include 5 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren .

Memorial services and inurnment will be private at the convenience of the family .
