Alan G. Haas, 59, of Plymouth, Mass. formerly of Kutztown, died Friday, March 18, 2011 at his home in Plymouth, Mass. surrounded by his family.
He was the devoted husband of Barbara E. (Falcione) Haas; Loving father of Jeffrey Haas and his wife Alison of West Wareham, Lauren DeSantis and her husband Hank of Watertown, Leah Savastano and her husband Michael of Plymouth, and Jason Haas of West Chester, PA. Alan was the loving Granpa to Angelo DeSantis and Zachary Haas . He is survived by 5 brothers Dennis, Larry, Richard, David and Timothy Haas, and 2 sisters, Christine Luckenbill and Bonnie Haas. He is also survived by many loving in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
Born in Allentown PA, he was ason of the late Wayne and Mamie (Kern) Haas. Alan worked as a self employed contractor. He was a member of the BNI Kingston chapter, and was devoted to his family.
Cremation will take place at the Vine Hills Crematory in Plymouth. A visitation will take place at the Cartmell Funeral Home, 150 Court St. Plymouth, on Thursday, March 24 from 5:00 to 9:00 PM. A funeral service will take place on Friday at the Church of the Pilgrimage in Plymouth at 11:00 AM.
